Helping Opa Combine

As kids we got to ride with dad in the combine, tractor, and truck. Dad doesn't farm anymore and none of girls married farmers so our kids have not had the opportunity to ride in the "big" equipment! So dad talked to Uncle Jere and we were able to do a little combining while creating memories. Tony, Melissa, and I even got to ride in the combine. Brings back memories! The kids had a ball "helping" Opa!

An Opa is someone with silver in his hair and gold in his heart!

A memory from my childhood is being at Grammie and Bapa's house and over the CB we would hear..."Big A, you got a copy?" The call was for my Grandpa Albert. Now I can call for my Big A (Aiden)!

I am so thankful that the kids got this opportunity just as we did when we were kids! And oh the memories that we made that day!
