On Oct. 7, we went on a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch west of Clay Center. The second we got there the kids were so excited to play and six of them headed straight to the slide. How often do you get to slide into a pool with corn! I believe that Andrew was over in the playhouse when I took this picture.
Jaxon's mommy was so disappointed that she wasn't able to go along on this field trip! So I caught Jaxon in this fun pose! On our drive home, each of the kids told me their favorite thing of the day. Most of the answers were the cupcakes that Jaxon brought for his birthday. Jaxon's was the wagon full of corn!

My boy is growing up! He had so much fun on the zip line! Cody and Aiden took turns going on this exciting ride!

The hay bales were not a big hit for Aiden! He was absolutely terrified! I tried to help him walk on the bales and jump from one to another. He decided he'd rather crawl. Whatever works for him! He was not the only one that chose to crawl on them! Riana, Jaxon, and Josh thought that was the best way to do it, too!

Aiden attempting to lasso the bull.
A class picture at the pumpkin patch. The sun was in Aiden's eyes so he improvised! Would have been a good picture otherwise!

My Little Scarecrows!

I think they have grown since our last visit to the pumpkin patch!

Jaxon's mommy sent treats along for Jaxon's birthday. So we got to go on a hayrack ride and enjoy cupcakes and juice at the same time!

A fun day was had by all! In my vehicle, I had the 3 year olds (Jaxon hadn't had his birthday yet!) On the way there we tried to find as many combines as we could. The way back we listened to some VeggieTales and discussed our favorite things at the Pumpkin Patch. What imaginations they have!
